Facts of the Case: In this case, Dodson (Plaintiff) party who was of 16 years of age, did buy a truck from Shrader. Just after nine months’ time period from the time Dodson have purchased the truck, it started to develop certain mechanical issues. Irrespective of knowing about the mechanical issues Dodson continued to drive down the truck until it completely up after a span of one months later. Due to this, Dodson did contact Shrader for a refund of the amount that he paid in purchasing the truck, but the company refused to refund the amount (McAdams, n.d.). Due to this refusal, Dodson took up the step of filing a lawsuit under the general session court searching upon to overturn the contract and recuperate the purchase decision. Normally, during the general session the court did figure out in favour of Shrader.
